How to open a ticket

Access the tickets channel

Go to the designated channel for opening tickets on the Discord server.

Click the open ticket button

Locate the ticket opening options and click on the option that corresponds to the type of ticket you want to open.

Creating the channel

The bot will create a private channel for you, where you can describe the reason for your ticket. To access it, click on the channel sent in the bot's message.

Send information

Inside the ticket channel, provide all necessary information related to your issue or request and wait for a support team member to assist you.
