What is it?

The Chatbot is a feature that allows you to automatically respond to messages using artificial intelligence. It can be configured to answer frequently asked questions, provide useful information, or even interact more advanced with users.

How does it work?

The Chatbot uses advanced language models to understand and generate responses based on the conversation context.

How to configure the Chatbot?

Access the panel

Access the Control Panel as per previous instructions.

Access the Chatbot panel in the main menu.

Configure the necessary fields

Choose the channel where the Chatbot will respond to messages.

Save settings

Click the Save button to apply the settings.

The Chatbot is designed to learn from interactions, but does not store personal or sensitive user information. Messages are used only to improve response quality and are discarded after training.
